Innovation Program (2nd place)

An internal innovation program focused on solving real problems through data, collaboration and execution. The outcome was a solution defended to an evaluation board and recognized with 2nd place.

The challenge

The program required identifying a relevant problem, proposing a viable solution and presenting a compelling story, connecting impact, feasibility and execution. Evaluation considered clarity of diagnosis, value proposition, plan maturity and presentation quality.

My contribution

I helped structure the problem and solution, define metrics and hypotheses, organize the work, and craft the pitch materials. I also aligned business vision and technical design to ensure the proposal was implementable and measurable.

Solution & differentiators

The solution was designed with a data-driven mindset: impact-based prioritization, clear success criteria and a realistic implementation plan. The differentiator was translating complexity into objective decisions with governance and traceability, accelerating results without compromising reliability.

Outcome

The proposal achieved 2nd place, validating the quality of the diagnosis and the robustness of the plan. Beyond the award, the project reinforced my ability to lead initiatives with strategic vision, analytical rigor and executive communication, connecting data and operations to generate value.
