My first internal recognition came from improving management routines and control cadences, raising decision quality and operational visibility — the starting point of a consistent award-winning trajectory.

2008 — Se Vira nos 5' (1st place)

After joining the Luz Para Todos program, I built a materials-control system tailored to field execution, reducing cycle time, improving logistics and increasing predictability for engineering teams.

2009 — Se Vira nos 5' (1st place)

I created a management KPI (IGM) to measure contractor performance and strengthen works governance, boosting efficiency and reducing material losses with significant savings.

2011 — Se Vira nos 5' (1st place)

In partnership with Marcos Vinício, we delivered a georeferencing-based solution to locate program connections precisely and unlock financing, combining technology, data and field execution.

2013 — Se Vira nos 5' (2nd place)

I unified strategic corporate systems’ data into a single view for CAPEX management, bottleneck detection and executive reporting, strengthening transparency and investment allocation.

2017 — Eu faço a diferença (winner)

I implemented freight routing optimization to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery planning, bringing direct value to real-world field operations.
