ASH3 — Systems & Training

An entrepreneurial initiative connecting education, technology, and data, with a strong focus on hands-on application and real value creation for professionals and companies.

Origin and purpose

ASH3 was born from the need to bridge technical knowledge and real corporate environments. Rather than teaching tools in isolation, the core mission has always been to prepare professionals to analyze data, make decisions, and deliver results from day one.

Practice-oriented education

I design and teach Power BI and SQL courses focused on real-world business problems, using official tools, datasets that simulate corporate environments, and exercises that mirror everyday professional challenges.

Systems and products

Beyond education, ASH3 also develops software solutions. One example is a proprietary system designed for small travel agents, supporting everything from operational organization to decision-making, built directly from market listening and real needs.

Consulting and partnerships

I work in consulting, mentoring, and partnerships for system development and analytical solutions, supporting projects from conception through implementation, always integrating technical depth with strategic vision.

Impact and learning

Over this journey, seven classes have been delivered, training nearly 100 professionals. Building ASH3 from the ground up strengthened my leadership, communication, organization, and business skills, reinforcing a profile focused on turning ideas into concrete solutions.
