Loc10 Project

Modernizing a legacy ERP with focus on delivery, governance, and continuous evolution — combining product thinking, software engineering practices, and agile execution.

Context

The project focused on evolving the “New Loc10” to support growth, integrations, and operational reliability, reducing typical legacy-system risks and preparing a foundation for new features.

My role

I acted as technical leadership and supported strategic direction: structuring the work in Scrum, shaping priorities, aligning stakeholders, and helping decisions around architecture, quality and delivery.

What was delivered

MVP delivery plus foundations for sustainable evolution: backlog organization and rituals, quality criteria, standardized flows, and engineering groundwork to scale (versioning, observability mindset and delivery practices).

Impact

The project improved delivery cadence and prioritization clarity, reducing ambiguity and increasing predictability. The outcome was a more sustainable path for product evolution with better governance and business–tech alignment.
